Scientists think, there are two types of obesity. They distinguish the obesity, which is developed in childhood and adulthood. The causes of obesity may be genetic factors and external influences. Obesity is a health hazard, if a man’s weight by 20% more than ideal. Successfully fighting with obesity requires constant attention to your physical form and rejection of harmful dietary plans. I will note of caution: it is possible that you will have to get used to dispense with those pleasures, which gives you food. Try to find some other, more healthy forms of pleasure. In any case, you must clearly imagine what you get from food before your deciding about diet plan.

  1. Feeling of food in your hands. Keeping of food in the hands is pleasantly, but there are many ways to occupy your hands with anything else and do not give them the opportunity to put food in your mouth. Revolve in the hands a pencil or a pen, a coin or a beautiful stone. You can invent some other plan: knitting, embroidery or any other needlework.
  2. Stimulation. The high value of this index indicates that the food has a stimulating effect on you. It helps you to cheer up, gather strength and preserve them. If you reduce your food intake, you can get a healthy need for compensation for it: for example, you can go for a walk or do easy exercises, feeling a craving for food every time. Try to chew gum or eat a carrot. So you do not run the risk of excess weight gain.
  3. Increase of pleasure is a great relaxation. You can not always determine why you eat: to get pleasure or to not feel bad. Those who get pleasure from food, often find that abandon of this evil plan is enough to realize its harmful effects. Such people replace their food chewing gum, drinks or other activities. However, they do not feel unhealthy needs huge quantities of food that they refused of.
